Section 01
Getting Started
What working with GSB looks like, from the first conversation through getting your practice up and running.
Yes. We offer a free review of your practice's billing and financial systems to identify the core issues that may be keeping collections low or creating avoidable billing problems. There is no obligation to continue with our services after the audit.
Yes. We offer a two-week free trial on our services. This gives your practice an opportunity to see how our team works, communicate with us, and decide whether GSB is the right fit before continuing.
We start by learning how your practice operates, what systems you use, which payers you work with, and where you are experiencing billing challenges. We then establish secure access, agree on responsibilities and communication, and prepare our team to begin working within your existing workflow.
The timeline depends on the size of your practice, the systems involved, and the information needed to begin. Once we understand your workflow and have the required access, we work to make the transition as straightforward and efficient as possible.

Our Services
A practical overview of the billing and administrative support GSB can provide.

Yes. GSB provides billing support for medical practices, vision and eye-care practices, and dental practices. Our workflows are adapted to the specialty, payer requirements, systems, and needs of each practice.
Yes. Our goal is to work within the systems your practice already uses whenever possible. During onboarding, we review your software, workflow, access requirements, and communication process so our team can fit into your existing operation without unnecessary changes.
Yes. We review rejected and denied claims, identify the reason for the issue, make appropriate corrections when possible, and follow up with payers. We also monitor outstanding accounts receivable and escalate issues that require attention from the practice.
Section 03
Pricing & Cost
Clear information about starting rates, practice volume, and how we structure our services.
Our pricing is based on your specialty and practice volume. Medical billing starts at 2.40% of collections, vision billing starts at 5% of collections, and dental billing is structured according to practice volume and service requirements. We review your practice before finalizing pricing.
No. We use flexible month-to-month terms. We would rather continuously earn your partnership through reliable service and measurable results than keep you in a long-term agreement that is not delivering value.
You can discontinue under our flexible month-to-month terms. We believe the best way to retain a client is to consistently provide a service that your practice finds valuable.
Section 04
Your Team & Ours
How we coordinate with your staff and fit into the way your practice already operates.
Your communication process is established during onboarding. We define the appropriate contacts, communication channels, reporting schedule, and priorities so your team knows who to reach and what information to expect.
Our goal is the opposite. We first learn how your practice works and then integrate our responsibilities into that workflow. We avoid unnecessary changes and coordinate with the appropriate members of your front-desk, administrative, and clinical teams.
We provide regular reporting so you can see what has been worked, what has been submitted, what has been paid, what remains outstanding, and which issues require attention.
Section 05
Security & Patient Information
How we approach access, systems, and the information your practice entrusts to us.
We use secure, role-based access and appropriate safeguards when working with practice systems and patient information. Access and responsibilities are established during onboarding based on the systems and services your practice uses.
We establish the appropriate access during onboarding and assign responsibilities based on the work our team performs. Our goal is to provide the access needed to complete our work without unnecessarily changing your existing systems or workflow.
Section 06
Results & Expectations
What you can expect from the relationship and how we approach ongoing improvement.
Our goal is to give your practice better visibility into its billing, fewer avoidable billing problems, more consistent follow-up, and a clearer understanding of what is happening with outstanding claims and payments.
We look for patterns rather than simply working individual claims. If the same issue continues to affect claims or payments, we investigate the underlying cause and identify practical steps that can help prevent the problem from repeating.
The best way to determine that is to start with a conversation and our free practice audit. We can review your current process, understand where you need support, and determine whether our services make sense for your practice.
