These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gold Standard Billing Solutions website located at www.goldstandardbilling.com (the “Website”). Please read them carefully.
By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Website. These Terms apply to your use of the Website only and do not, by themselves, govern any medical billing or revenue-cycle services engagement with Gold Standard Billing Solutions (“GSB Solutions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”); see Section 5.
The Website is provided to give information about GSB Solutions and its services, and to allow visitors to make inquiries. You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

GSB Solutions is a medical billing and revenue-cycle services company. GSB Solutions is not a healthcare provider. Nothing on the Website constitutes, or should be relied upon as, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and the Website does not create a physician-patient or provider-patient relationship of any kind. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider with any questions regarding a medical condition.
Use of the Website, or submission of an inquiry through the Website, does not by itself create a client relationship with GSB Solutions, and does not by itself constitute an agreement to provide medical billing or revenue-cycle services. Any engagement for services is governed exclusively by a separate written services agreement executed between GSB Solutions and the healthcare-provider client, together with any applicable Business Associate Agreement.
Nothing on the Website, and nothing in these Terms, is a guarantee or warranty of any particular billing, coding, claims, or reimbursement outcome, including without limitation: claim payment, reimbursement amount or timing, revenue increases, denial rates, payer determinations, insurance coverage, or the outcome of any coding or payer submission.
Reimbursement outcomes depend on numerous factors outside GSB Solutions' control, including payer policies, completeness and accuracy of documentation supplied by the client, patient eligibility, and applicable coding requirements.
The Website and its content — including the GSB Solutions name, logo, branding, Website design, layout, text, graphics, and original content — are owned by or licensed to GSB Solutions and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Website without our prior written permission.
When you submit information through a contact, inquiry, or similar form on the Website, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to submit it.
Important
Do not submit protected health information (PHI) or other patient information through general contact or inquiry forms on the Website. These forms are not intended or secured for that purpose.

These Terms and your access to and use of the Website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
The parties may agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website will be resolved through binding arbitration or through state/federal courts without an arbitration requirement. This choice should be made deliberately with legal counsel.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the Website after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GSB Solutions regarding use of the Website and supersede any prior agreements regarding the Website.
